Pursuant to section 22 of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004, an exemption is granted to persons involved in the transport of certain explosives in IBCs from the requirement under Regulations 104 (1) of the Dangerous Goods Safety (Explosives) Regulations 2007 to mark the IBCs with Emergency Information Panels. The exemption applies under certain conditions.
