In the estate of James Michael Stadon late of 3 Warru Place, Erskine in the State of Western Australia, mechanical fitter, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 September 2022, are required by the executor, Samantha Anne Stadon of 3 Harpendene Rise, Denmark in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of 5/205 Burslem Drive, Maddington in the State of Western Australia by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
