Acting pursuant to Regulation 10A (c) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel notice MA401 published in the Government Gazette on 19 February 2013 and pursuant to Regulation 10A (b) prohibit swimming within the following area— Location: All waters of the Batavia Coast Marina bounded by a line across the entrance between 28°45.870'S, 114°36.614'E (the end of the northern breakwater) and 28°45.878'S, 114°36.656'E (the end of the main breakwater). But excluding— (i) Any Aquatic Events approved under regulation 51C of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958. (ii) Any diving and swimming activities approved by the Department of Transport Manager Facility Operations within the above marina. All coordinates based on GDA94.
