The Minister for Mines and Petroleum administering the Mining Act 1978 and the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 and the Minister for Industrial Relations administering the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 declares that until the date of cancellation of this instrument of declaration, all provisions and regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 apply to workplaces within the shaded area identified on the map in the schedule.
