Pursuant to powers delegated under the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, declared under Section 22A of the Bush Fires Act 1954, a total fire ban for 22 February 2021 for the local government districts of— Armadale, Gosnells, Swan, Chittering, Gingin, Kalamunda, Mundaring, Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Waroona, Murray, Toodyay.

Amends the prohibited burning times for the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes to be from December 1 to March 31.
