Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holder of the office of Executive Director, Assurance, of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation, all powers and duties under sections 73, 73A, 99A, 99C, 99D(1), 99I(1), and 99R(2) of the Act, other than this power of delegation.
