Simon Anthony Northcott Salter as executor for Ann Barbara Salter (deceased) has made application to be registered under the act as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in possession in the land situated at 5 avon terrace york in all of that land being avon location t containing 506 square metres being the whole of the land comprised in memorial book xvi no. 272. All persons other than the applicant claiming any estate right title or interest in the above land and desiring to object to the application are required to lodge with landgate on or before 4 october 2021 a caveat forbidding the land being brought under the operation of the act.
