This notice is to confirm that Brad Jolly, delegated by the Minister, acting pursuant to section 6.28 (1) of that Act, determined that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Broome as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedules are to be the gross rental value of the land.
