Relevant Day Declaration — 2017/18 Levy Year
Declares the relevant day for the 2017/18 levy year under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998.

I, francis logan, the minister administering the fire and emergency services act 1998 (the act), hereby declare under section 36g(2)(a) of the act that the relevant day for the 2017/18 levy year shall be 21 june 2017. This determination has been made after consultation with persons who i believe effectively represent the interests of local governments.
