Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Cockburn resolved on 12 October 2017 to adopt the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Cockburn (Local Government Act) Amendment Local Law 2017 and comes into operation 14 days after publication. Amends the City of Cockburn (Local Government Act) Local Laws 2000.
