Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice TR403 as published on 29 august 2003 and close waters to all vessels within the following area— waroona dam: all of the waters to a distance of 200 metres from the dam wall. Providing however that this closure does not apply to all water corporation vessels or any western australian government vessels.
