Pursuant to section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I close the waters to motorised vessels in the following area—casuarina Boat Harbour: Those waters in the south-west of the Casuarina Boat Harbour within 50 metres of the shore and bounded in the west by a line through 33°18.855′s, 115°38.203′e and 33°18.844′s, 115°38.232′e and in the east by the Jetty Road Causeway.
