Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Peter Woronzow, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport, specifies the listed persons and bodies are exempt from paying the theory test fee. This notice revokes and replaces notice RTADR-2021-204455, published 1 June 2021.
