Pursuant to section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel notice TR406 published in the Government Gazette on 15 December 2000 and restrict the speed of all motorized vessels to 5 knots in the following area: Casuarina Boat Harbour: Those waters of the Casuarina Boat Harbour bounded by the shoreline, the Jetty Road Causeway, the Northern Breakwater and a line across the entrance through 33°18.683′S, 115°38.572′E and 33°18.671′S, 115°38.625′E. All coordinates based on GDA 2020.
