Pursuant to section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, property owners/occupiers in the City of Kwinana must comply with the requirements in this notice. Land and buildings shall be maintained as required. Works must be completed before the dates listed and maintained throughout. Details specific requirements for land areas greater than 3,001m² and 3,000m² or less. Burning of garden refuse is regulated during prohibited and restricted burning periods.
