The minister for commerce has made the retail trading hours (city of albany) christmas and public holiday variation order 2021 under section 12e of the act. This order authorises general retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the albany local government district to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and during specified hours.
