I, Michael Charles Rowe, acting as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, delegate to the holder of specified offices within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, powers and duties under Part V, Division 2 of the Act (other than sections 51E(1)(a), 51M(1)(a) and 51S) and sections 107 and 110 of the Act, subject to conditions, in respect of clearing resulting from activities under specified legislation or government agreements. Environmental Protection Act 1986 Delegation Notice No. 135 gazetted 15 June 2018 is revoked.
