Heather Brayford, Deputy Director General of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Sustainability and Biosecurity, Western Australia, in accordance with clause 12 of the Abrolhos Islands and Mid West Trawl Managed Fishery Management Plan 1993, cancels Notice No. 1 of 2019, permits fishing for scallops and prawns in specified waters during specified periods, and prohibits fishing for scallops or prawns at other times in all waters of the Fishery and at all times in the waters described in Schedule 1 of the Houtman Abrolhos Reef Observation Areas Notice 1994.
