In the estate of Janice Lois Hewson late of Aegis Banksia Park, 20 Bright Road, Calista, Western Australia, registered nurse, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 May 2023, are required by the executors, Julie Michelle Hayes of 3 Gamble Place, Orelia in the State of Western Australia, office clerk, and Susan Marie Chodorowski of 10 The Citadel, Forrestfield in the State of Western Australia, sales person to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
