Rick Fletcher, Executive Director, Fisheries and Agriculture Resource Management of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, in accordance with clause 12 of the Broome Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan 1999, cancels Notice No.1 of 2020, dated 6 May 2020; and prohibits fishing for prawns in specified areas of the Broome Prawn Managed Fishery as described in Schedule 2 of the Plan, from the date of gazettal of this notice until 1700 hours WST on 15 May 2023; from 0800 hours WST on 8 October 2023 until 1700 hours WST on 15 May 2024; from 0800 hours WST on 8 October 2024 until 1700 hours WST on 15 May 2025; and from 0800 hours WST on 8 October 2025 until 1700 hours WST on 15 May 2026.
