Pursuant to section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I cancel notice MA401 published in the Government Gazette on 30 August 2024. This notice is valid from the date of publication.

Approves an amendment to the Town of East Fremantle Local Planning Scheme No. 3 to designate Lots 66-69 and Lot 622 May Street as A16 for Single House (A) use.
Closes a section of the Swan River to swimming between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
Closes the waters of the Swan River near the Fremantle Traffic Bridge to passive craft between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
Requires East Fremantle landowners to clear flammable materials and maintain firebreaks.
