The council of the City of Nedlands resolved on 27 February 2018 to make the following local law: this local law may be cited as the City of Nedlands Waste Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Nedlands Waste Local Law 2016 as published in the Government Gazette on 7 June 2017.
