Notice of amendment to the Instrument of Delegation 2022/06 "Delegation to officers in Main Roads of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission" as gazetted on 4 November 2022. On 17 March 2023, the WAPC declared certain land along Anketell and Thomas Roads to be planning control areas (PCAs 168—172) and declared planning control area 157 amended. On 26 October 2022, the WAPC resolved to amend the instrument of delegation to also apply to planning control area 157 (once amended) and proposed planning control areas 168—172 (when gazetted).
