The emergency services levy (ESL) that is payable for the 2022-23 levy year on land in ESL categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 is determined as a rate in the dollar of the gross rental value (GRV) of the land. The emergency services levy that is payable for the 2022-23 levy year on land in ESL category 5 is determined as a fixed charge of $93. The minimum and maximum amounts of levy payable for the 2022-23 levy year on land in ESL categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 are also determined.
