It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme amendment on 30 January 2018 for the purpose of reclassifying land parcels from the ‘Rural’ and ‘Farmlet’ zone to the ‘Urban Development’ zone in West Mundijong, deletion of the ‘Area of Natural Beauty’ designation, replacement of item No. 33 in ‘APPENDIX 13’, including portion of land in the ‘Public Open Space’ reserve, and modification to ‘APPENDIX 15’ and ‘APPENDIX 16’.
