It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme amendment on 13 March 2018 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 207, 363 Kargotich Road, Oakford from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Rural’. 2. Amending the Scheme Map by delineating Lot 207, 363 Kargotich Road, Oakford within the ‘Special Rural’ zone and identifying it as SR27. 3. Inserting in Appendix 4—Special Rural Zone the following— Appendix 4—Special Rural Zone Description of Land Land Use 27. Lot 207, 363 Kargotich 1. A Structure Plan shall be prepared over the land, Road, Oakford including the identification of building envelopes and effluent disposal envelopes.
