It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 November 2018 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lots 50 and 100 and portion of Agricultural Area Lot 85 Gordon Road, Serpentine from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Rural’. 2. Amending the Scheme Map by delineating Lots 50 and 100 and portion of Agricultural Area Lot 85 Gordon Road, Serpentine within the ‘Special Rural’ zone and identifying it as ‘SR29’.
