In the estate of Neil Harrison Gibson late of 26 Ellesmere Road, Lynwood, in the State of Western Australia, non-destructive testing inspector, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 june 2023, are required by the administrator, josephine sacino of suite 5, 205 burslem drive, maddington, in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them at hfm legal, po box 1 maddington, wa 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
