The Minister for Planning and Lands has approved, as modified, the abovementioned amendment to the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS). The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) Plan Number 3.2833/2 and is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette. The purpose of the proposed amendment (as modified) is to transfer approximately 1,827 square metres in Glen Iris, City of Bunbury, from the Regional Open Space (ROS) reservation to the Urban zone in the GBRS.
