Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 29/08/2021 are required by the trustee lynda anne tripodi of 28 kintyre crescent, floreat 6014 to send particulars of their claims to her within one calendar month after the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
