I, Peter Woronzow, A/Chief Executive Officer, exercising the power in regulation 178(2), waive payment of the whole of the authorisation fee prescribed by regulation 177(4) for a passenger transport driver authorisation by any person that holds an ‘F’ or ‘T’ endorsed driver’s licence who applies during the waiver period for a passenger transport driver authorisation under section 95. Waiver period means the period beginning on 1 July 2020 and ending on 31 October 2020 including both of those days.
