Made under the Charitable Trusts Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Charitable Trusts Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2022. The Charitable Trusts Act 2022, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 21 November 2022.
