In the estate of David John Flavell late of 15 Pelican Rise, Augusta in the State of Western Australia, retired civil engineer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21st January 2025 are required by the executors, Susan Ann Flavell of 15 Dianne Street, Hamilton Hill and Helen Louise Flavell of 45 O’Connell Street, Hamilton Hill in the state of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
