I, Mr Bill Johnston, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia hereby give notice of the commencement of specific amending rules contained in Schedule I of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Tranche 5 Amendments) Rules 2021. The specific amending rules contained in Schedule I of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Tranche 5 Amendments) Rules 2021 and set out in this notice are to commence at 8:00 AM (WST) on 1 October 2023.
