I, mr bill johnston, minister for energy for the state of western australia hereby give notice of the commencement of specific amending rules contained in schedule i of the wholesale electricity market amendment (tranche 5 amendments) rules 2021. the specific amending rules contained in schedule i of the wholesale electricity market amendment (tranche 5 amendments) rules 2021 are to commence— 1. the amending rules set out in part 1 come into operation at 8:00 am (wst) on 1 january 2023.
