I, Mr Bill Johnston, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia hereby give notice of the commencement of specific amending rules contained in Schedule C of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Tranches 2 and 3 Amendments) Rules 2020. The specific amending rules contained in Schedule C of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Tranches 2 and 3 Amendments) Rules 2020 and set out in this notice are to commence at 8:00 AM (WST) on 1 October 2023.
