Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 17th day of January 2018 at murdoch, in the said state are required by the personal representative constantyn willem receveur of [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to david moss & co of [contact details redacted] of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
