Declares and exempts vessels listed in Schedule 1 as emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2. Exempts vessels from notices made under sections 66 and 67 of the Act, subject to conditions in Schedule 3. This instrument revokes instrument WAMA-2023-206267 signed on 18 September 2023.
