Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Kanatukal Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Kanatukal. The boundary of the Kanatukal protected area consists of Lots 73 and 74 on Deposited Plan 425599. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Kanatukul Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
