In the estate of Kim Judith Dunn late of 28 Clipstone Parkway, Butler, Western Australia, home duties, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 January 2024, are required by the executors, Aliesha Marie Dunn of 31 Axbridge Grange, Alkimos in the State of Western Australia and Brenden Michael Dunn of 12 Albion Road, Byford in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
