Amendment to Instrument of Delegation Del 2018/01 — Powers of Officers

Approves Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1434 to rezone land in Hazelmere from Rural to Urban and Industrial Development for light industrial purposes.

Corrects an error in the title of the notice for Improvement Plan No. 65 published in the Government Gazette on 28 July 2026.

Rezones approximately 17,578 m2 of land within Lot 2 Prowse Road, Capel from the Urban Deferred zone to the Urban zone.

Recommends the land described be made subject to Improvement Plan No. 65 — Station Precincts, with the recommendation accepted by the Minister for Planning and Lands and the Governor.
