Provides access approval for controlled access buses on any road within Western Australia and revokes the Controlled Access Bus Order 2021.

Peter Woronzow, as Commissioner of Main Roads, makes an order in accordance with Section 40 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012, to provide access approval for Controlled Access Buses, subject to specified conditions. The Controlled Access Bus Order 2021 is revoked. This order applies to controlled access buses not exceeding 14.5 metres in length, including those converted into mobile homes, and allows them to be driven on any road within Western Australia.
