In the estate of Colin James Butcher late of 499 Dale Kokeby Road Brookton, Western Australia, farmer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 03 October 2022 are required by the personal representatives Anna Marie Butcher the lawfully appointed executor of Colin James Butcher of c/- Greenstone Legal, po box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
