The council of the Shire of Merredin resolved on 27 May 2025 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the Shire of Merredin Parking Amendment Local Law 2025. The Shire of Merredin Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law published in the Government Gazette on 7 October 2002 is referred to as the principal local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. The principal local law is amended as detailed.
