The Council of the City of Melville resolved on 15 July 2025 to make the following local law under the Local Government Act 1995 and the Cat Act 2011. This local law may be cited as the City of Melville Cat Local Law 2025 and comes into operation three months after publication in the Government Gazette. The local law applies throughout the district.
