Made by the minister under section 47c(2) of the act. This order may be cited as the waste avoidance and resource recovery (appointed day—container deposit scheme) order 2020. The appointed day in relation to section 47e, 47m, 47n and 47o of the act is 2 june 2020. The appointed day in relation to section 47f of the act is 19 february 2020.
