Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2023. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2023. 1758 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 16 June 2023 Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2023 Part 2 Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 amended r. 3 Part 2 — Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014. 4. Regulation 10 amended In regulation 10 delete “10.08%” and insert: 12.83% 5. Regulation 16 amended In regulation 16(1) delete the definition of single capital infrastructure charge. 6. Regulation 19 amended In regulation 19(3)(a) delete “charge or a single capital infrastructure”. 7. Regulation 21 amended Delete regulation 21(1) and (4)(b). Water Services Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2023 Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Part 2 Regulations 2014 amended r. 8 8. Schedules 1 to 7 replaced Delete Schedules 1 to 7 and insert: Schedule 1 — Charges for Bunbury Water Corporation [r. 7] Division 1 — Service charges 1. Service charges for 2023/24 and subsequent years The charges set out in this Division apply for water supply services provided in the 2023/24 financial year and each subsequent year. 2. Residential lots For a residential lot, the charge is, for each dwelling on the lot ................................................ $269
