The Shire of Upper Gascoyne local government makes the following Town Planning Scheme for the purposes laid down in the Act. The purposes of this Scheme are to set out the local government’s planning aims and intentions for the Scheme area; and set aside land as local reserves for public purposes; and zone land within the Scheme area for the purposes defined in this Scheme; and control and guide development.
