It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Upper Gascoyne Local Planning Scheme No. 1 on 28 April 2025 for the purpose of— i. Re-zone Lot 556 on Deposited Plan 72451 in Gascoyne Junction from ‘Rural’ to ‘Light Industry’. ii. Amending the scheme maps accordingly.
