In the estate of Salvatore Zappala of 14 Helm Street, Maddington in the State of Western Australia, business owner, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 September 2023, are required by the executor, Kathryn Ann Dobelstein of 6 Spritsail Way, Jindalee in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of 5/205 Burslem Drive, Maddington in the State of Western Australia by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
